What a neat news feature! I'm WAY out in Washington state, so didn't see it before now. Am LOVING your soap, and gave a bunch of it away for Christmas this year. :) Kristyn Greene averysattic.blogspot.com
You have a darling soapin' family. :) I came across your website from Joanna at the Soap Bar and then your blog from your website. Keep up the good work!
For Christmas this year we gave each sybling and Mom and Dad "our favorite thing"...something we love to use. One daughter in law gave us each a bar of your soap. As I use it I think of Whitney and how much I love her. She also sent us the link to your website which had a video of your family's story...all the more precious as I use the soap. Claire
watching that made me miss you guys so much every time I pass your Trenton house I think of you :(... but I am happy that you guys are doing what God has planned for you :).. Love and Miss ya ~ Cass
Friends of ours who just moved to Florida from your area (the Stones) gave me a bar of your soap as a gift. I have to confess that I haven't tried it as it is so cute in it's bag on the tub ledge in my bathroom. Just curious... what homeschooling curriculum do you use? My daughter was a 5th grade ABEKA video teacher so wonder if she has taught any of your precious children.
May God continue to bless your family and your business as you give Him the glory for it all.
Hi Jim & PJ Can't believe after all these years...lost track of you after GCC. This was a great way to learn what you are doing know. You must be extraordinarily proud of your family. They are growing up to be great people. Now I have to order some soap... Peggy Olson
love, love your homeschooling family and your business. I love how all your children contribute. I am a homeschooling mom and 7 and am inspired by your family!
I'm PJ Jonas and I'm living my dream! I'm a wife, homeschooling mom of 8, and small business owner. I enjoy a simple, healthy life living and working on our 3 acres in Indiana. I have a goat milk soap business, gardens, dairy goats, and lots of children to do the chores. :D
Brett just turned 14 and is our CEO in training. She's incredibly capable and definitely our first born.
Colter is quite a young man at 12. He's the go-to guy and can handle most anything you throw his way. He's loving his schoolwork and is trying to catch up (and pass) Brett.
Emery at 11, is our artistic child. He's great at drawing, but what he really loves is working with flowers. He has his own flower garden and takes great care of it. He's also super sweet with Indigo and Jade (they just adore their Emery).
Fletcher is 9 and is our most sensitive child. He's the first one to notice if somebody is not feeling good and try to make them feel better.
Greyden is 8 and is our most cheerful child. It's hard to get Greyden down, he'll smile and laugh at most anything.
Hewitt at 6 is a little firecracker and is just as likely to tackle you as to hug you.
Indigo at 5 is the little princess of the family. She definitely cares about being pretty and wants her ears pierced in the worst way.
Jade is the baby of the family at 3, but she doesn't realize it. She thinks she can (and should) do everything everyone else does. She's all energy.
